PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SCHEDUFAST SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Schedufast ("we," "us," "our").
Schedufast provides a software service ("Service") that allows users to upload their academic timetable. Upon successful payment, our Service parses this document and automatically populates the user's connected Google Calendar with their scheduled events. The Service is designed to process and create calendar events promptly, typically within five (5) minutes after the user initiates the process.
To use the Service, you must authenticate using your Google account. You grant us permission to access your Google Calendar for the sole purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for safeguarding the security of your own Google account credentials.
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize our third-party payment processor, Paystack, to charge your chosen payment method the advertised monthly fee on a recurring basis.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information and for notifying us of any changes to such information.
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice of any price changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee.
Fees for the Service are generally non-refundable. Please review the following specific scenarios:
The accuracy and completeness of the events created in your Google Calendar are directly dependent on the quality of the timetable document you provide. You are solely responsible for uploading a clear, legible, accurate, and up-to-date timetable in a supported format as specified by the Service.
Your monthly subscription allows you to update your calendar if your academic timetable changes. To do so, you must re-upload the new timetable document yourself through the Service. This is included at no additional payment.
The Schedufast Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any failures, downtime, or data issues caused by third-party services we rely on, including but not limited to Google Calendar APIs and Paystack.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Schedufast, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.
Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from the use of the Service is limited to the total amount of subscription fees you have paid to us in the monthly billing cycle during which the claim arose.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We hope to resolve any disagreements amicably. Before filing a claim against Schedufast, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team. We will try to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, you or Schedufast may bring a formal proceeding. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
